I have been fortunate enough to train in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD). RLD is a technique that has been developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons) while she worked in Cancer Care. It is a technique that works on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet which causes an effect on the lymphatic system.
